As a related aside, I went through your 'current' library. It's good. Nothing I would necessarily put into my own favorites, but it's good stuff throughout. One piece is still named "Untitled" and some of your Author Comments could use improvement, but that's about it.
Yet, I would say that every single one of your uploads has been rated zero stars by one user. In other words: One single person out there hates your guts for one reason or another. Do you deserve that hate? No idea. But I would bet money on the fact that that one user is "related" to the reports made. (I can say _with_certainty_ that it is not one of your followers, btw. So you do not need to get paranoid over them.)
I do not know if you got flagged rightfully or wrongfully, but whatever your stuff got removed for might be a technicality related to how certain algorithms work. When you write your post, ask where the problem lies 'exactly' and about how to avoid getting flagged for that in the future. Also consider mentioning your personal hater/stalker (politely, please).
If you have trouble putting this into your own words, you could make a shorter mention of it and link to this very news post of yours.
